Health information (HIPAA)

Your health records are protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. We use them to provide your dental care, bill your insurance, and operate the practice. We do not share your records with anyone else without your written authorization, except as the law requires (e.g., subpoenas, public health reporting). This website

When you book an appointment or send a message through this site, the information you submit comes to us by email or through our scheduling software. We use it to contact you about your appointment. We don’t sell it. We don’t add you to a marketing list without asking first.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics service (no IP storage, no behavioral ads) so we know which pages people read. We can’t identify any individual visitor from this data.

Your rights
