Book online or call
Pick whichever’s easier. Either way, we’ll confirm with you over email within a business day.

Paperwork emailed in advance
Forms come over a few days before your visit. Fill them out from your couch, not our waiting room.

Arrive a few minutes early
Free parking in the building garage on level 2. Front desk will check your insurance card and ID.

Conversation, then care
Five minutes of talk first — anything you’re worried about, anything bothering you, what you’re hoping for. Then your hygienist cleans, the dentist examines, and we go from there.

Plan in writing
If you need follow-up work, you’ll leave with a written treatment plan and an insurance estimate — nothing high-pressure, nothing signed today.
Bring with you
What to bring.
- Photo ID
- Insurance card (if applicable)
- A list of medications you’re taking
- X-rays from your previous dentist, if you have them
- A list of questions — we mean it
Payment
Payment & insurance.
We’re in-network with most major dental insurance plans. Co-pays and estimated patient portions are due at the time of service.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and HSA/FSA accounts. For larger treatment plans we offer CareCredit and an in-house membership plan for patients without insurance.
